Giving Back Made Easy for families and kids We spent some of our Earth Day weekend organizing and filling a box for Give Back Box®, an organization that makes it easy to donate clothes and household items to non-profits. Hanes has partnered with the organization, and if you donate clothes this month, Hanes will donate new underwear!

This is a big deal because non-profits typically don’t accept underwear donations (and we all understand why!), but that doesn’t mean underwear is not needed.

Things I loved about donating to Give Back Box:

It was EASY! I used a box I had at home and printing the prepaid label was hassle-free.

One less errand. I am great at getting items together to donate. I am not so great at actually dropping them off in a timely manner. Now I look forward to keeping a donation box that me and my family can put items in as we decide something no longer fits or it is not useful to us. And when it’s full I can seal it and ship it!

My girls don’t mind getting rid of things if they know it’s going to be useful to someone else. The donation box will be a constant reminder to share with others.

Their mission is admirable. To “provide an effortless and convenient method of donating your used household items. Give Back Box not only provides an easy way to be part of a truly good cause, it gives a secondary use to corrugated boxes and guarantees they will be recycled.”

Visit Hanes.com/givebackbox for more information and I hope you consider shipping a box this month, too!
